The Caledon Kennel Association is an All-Breed dog club operating as a non-profit
organization since 1974 under the auspices of the Canadian Kennel Club.

The Champlain Dog Club is comprised of dog owners with varying levels of experience
from Renfrew to Deep River. From the complete beginner to the experienced breeder
/ competitor we are all here to learn, share experiences and to enjoy the companionship
of those who appreciate having their dogs in their lives. Although many of us
are involved in showing dogs, a purebred is definitely not a prerequisite for
membership.
There is something for everyone.
To encourage and promote quality in the breeding of purebred dogs and to do
all possible to bring their natural qualities to perfection.

Our organization will encourage the practice and safe growth of amateur dog
sledding, obedience training, conformation showing and agility training for
all breeds of dogs. We also will promote the health and well-being of all dogs.
Our intent is to teach others how to develop and maintain a health and happy
relationship with their dogs.

Our primary goal is to work together as a club to put together smooth and stable
teams who run consistently. Winning ribbons and obtaining points for the dogs
are benefits that will come as a result of obtaining this goal.

Our mission
is to provide the most knowledgeable resources and links allowing you to make
an informed decision when purchasing or breeding a bulldog.. Our mission is
not to sell you a bulldog, breed your bulldog, or recommend a specific breeder.
Most importantly, our mission is to enhance the bulldog breed through selective,
quality breeding and home
placement.

To further the advancement of all purebred dogs in the area.

The Ontario County Kennel Club was founded in 1949. Our first conformation show
was held in 1951 at the old "Children's Arena". It is the goal of
the club to provide the encouragement and development of purebred dogs by holding
dog shows and obedience trials for competition and public interest. To improve
the knowledge about purebred dogs through the collection and dissemination among
membership and the public of information and knowledge considered beneficial
to the purebred dog. Educating club members and the public at large in the benefits
of
purebred dogs.

The Ottawa Kennel Club, the oldest continuously active kennel club in Canada,
is pleased to share information about OKC events such as Championship Shows,
Obedience Trials, choosing a puppy, the OKC telephone referral system, educational
seminars, training classes, and dog related services in our area.

The Rare Breed Club of South Western Ontario was formed to provide dog enthusiasts
with a venue in which they can exhibit and compete in conformation and obedience
rings. As our name suggests, our shows are designed for those breeds that as
of yet, are not eligible to compete in regular Canadian Kennel Club shows. New
in 2002 we are offering an Alter class. Any registered CKC breed or Rare Breed
may compete in our "Alter Class" Providing it has been spayed or neutered.
Entry in our shows is open to all Rare Breed enthusiasts.

We are a multi breed club and offer all types of activities for every dog fancier.
From Show to Obedience, Hunting dogs and Field Trials, we have it all. Our activities
are as diverse as the people who belong to the club. We do have something of
interest for you! Come see what we have to offer.

Although formed earlier, the Toronto Schutzhund Club (TSC) was officially recognized
as a registered not-for-profit organization in August of 1992. We are active
supporters of and are dedicated to the Schutzhund sport. Enthusiasm, dedication
and training methods have proven the TSC to be one of the most successful clubs
in Ontario with multiple titles and awards earned by past and present members.
We are very proud of our accomplishments.

The Kennel Club's primary objective is to promote in every way, the general
improvement of dogs. This site aims to provide you with information you may
need to be a responsible pet owner and to help keep your pet safe and contented.
